I was on my way home from work late the other night. The evening was still pretty warm, but driving down the late night empty streets, with the windows down, there was a really nice breeze. It was one of those unpredictable, perfect summer moments of stillness and tranquility.

I decided to turn on the radio, and was fortunate enough to catch one of the coolest episodes of ideas I have ever heard.

Ever since I was a kid, I have been obsessed with time travel. I think my first glimpse with time travel was an illustrated comic version of H.G. Well’s The Time Machine.

I was hooked. Then later, many of my favourite movies or television series growing up had time travel components to them, whether it was any of the Star Trek Series, Terminator, Back to the Future, then later, or more recently (depending on how you look at it), the very excellent cult classic, Donnie Darko.

Some of the references cited in the podcast include thoughts on Time Travel from Stephen Hawking, Lewis Carrol, H.G. Wells… the list goes on. A very cool podcast, try to make time for it and have a listen.
