Hot New Track – Snakehips: Make it.(Music Review)

Well they’ve certainly done it again. Snakehips just dropped another hype genre defying track. This one’s certainly got more of a 2Am party vibe flavour to it, decidedly perhaps the antithesis of their summer smash hit On and On, which to me felt like an easy breezy afternoon special track (but you know – in a good way). One thing for sure though, these guys sure know what they’re doing. I’m already looking forward to the next one. See you tonight around 2AM.

I really like how individual this track is. I’m glad they didn’t stick a dub-step base line underneath to make it predictably popular. My only complaint is I wish they had kept just one lyric really strong and clear to be repeated a few times as the hook, to define the track a bit more… and to give us something to all yell out together in the club, ha!
