One of my all time favourite sites is 1000 Awesome Things. If you are ever feeling a little blue, it’s guaranteed to remind you of all the amazingness that surrounds us on a daily basis that we need the occasional reminder of. I was very happy to see that the site is now available in book form; probably a great gift idea for the season! Anyhow, here is site founder Neil Pasricha, at a recent TED talk, giving us the lowdown, on the sad realities of his inspiration for the site, and the subsequent, wonderful chain reaction that followed tragedy.
