  1. this is actually a mockumentary. It was a fake documentary making fun of today’s youth, but it was so realistic and convincing that sundance actually accepted it as a documentary. After the director realized what had happened, he cleared it up with the festival and it was readmitted as a comedy in the narrative section of Sundance.
