Wasteland is an incredible documentary directed by Lucy Walker that follows New York based artist Vik Muniz back to his home in Brazil, where he photographs the people that rely on what they can scavenge at the world’s largest garbage facility outside Rio. See the amazing trailer below.
Incidentally the track used in the trailer is Moby‘s “God Moving Over the Face of the Waters” – an incredible piece that was also used in the finale for Michael Mann‘s Heat. Click here to see it, but be warned, contains a major spoiler. It’s also used in the trailer for the film below.
