Daft Punk are set to release their first studio in 8 years this May. According to The Guardian, there’s alot of secrecy around who might be involved in collaborating on it, but there is some speculation Oscar-winning songwriter Paul Williams, Feist collaborator Chilly Gonzales, Animal Collective‘s Panda Bear and disco pioneer Giorgio Moroder (via a spoken monologue) may get involved, although nothing’s been officially confirmed yet. Bottom line is we’ll hopefully have some fresh new tunes to blast from the French robotic duo soon. What’s also great is this article gives me a chance to re-post the following compilation of some of their best work, courtesy of Cameron Adams. Enjoy.
