What our eyes see and what is actually in front of us are often not quite the same thing. A recent show curated by psychologist and author Richard Wiseman and researched by magician and escapologist Paul Gleeson seeked to explore this theme. The exhibit Illusion: Nothing is at it seems promises to combine magic with psychology, optical illusions with scientific reasoning, and confusion with clarity.
