It’s sometimes all too easy to forget how it was growing up. Like how super bad it sucked. I can’t imagine how much worse it is with today’s technology. I mean, it’s kind of cool to be able to listen to tons of music and watch lots of video on your phone that you can carry in your pocket; but combine teenage angst and insecurity with the prevalence of social media, and it can sure get a whole lot more complicated for some. I always say: “I would hate to be a teenager now” or “I would hate to go to school now”. I just think how difficult it was and can be, times by everyone obsessed with everyones business, fitting in with these mixed up trends, plus the way teenage girls dress now. I would NOT be dressing like that, intact I DON’T dress like that now.
Yeah, it’s definitely a different time than when I grew up as well. Though I am sure it is sometimes harder for girls than for guys regardless of what year it is.
I think there are many pros and cons to being a girl or boy in school. Sometime I think it would be easier then I realise all the stuff they have to put up with.
True that- there is alot of validity to that old cliche- the grass is always greener on the other side.
