Just discovered this cat from Norway today. Todd Terje hails from the land of vikings in Oslo and has worked as a dj/producer for some time, remixing and producing a wide swath of work that’s got quite a range in terms of melodies and moods. He’s got a new album out on April 18th, you can pre-order it here. In anticipation of the upcoming EP, he’s already dropped a track or two, including a cover featuring Bryan Ferry; it’s a bit more down tempo than the stuff I normally post on DG, but I think it’s kind of cool with a subtle build up. In the meantime, be sure to check out his official site for updates, but more importantly, it’s got a recipe for Disco Dough. It looks intriguing, and we all know – you need proper sustenance to maintain on the dance floor.
