Ed Piskor is a comic book illustrator based out of Pittsburgh that has worked with comic legend peeps like Harvey Pekar on American Splendour. After that, he made Beats– an illustrated story on Beatnik legends Jack Kerouac and William Burroughs. His latest project is Hip Hop Family Tree, which details the O.G’s of Hip Hop. The first printing on Volume 1 has sold out, but you can pre-order a second printing copy here. Check out a recent interview with him below, courtesy of Time Magazine.
