It’s sometimes hard to describe how music makes one feel; the emotions and occasional memories that it produces. Good music results in a journey that the mind takes, it’s a kind of mental adventure that few artists can produce. Jon Hopkins is one such artist. Weaving complex, intricate soundscapes ranging from pattern recognition style assembly line machinery rhythms to outright ethereal dreamscapes of some cosmic space experience. Simply put – this is some good sh*t.
