I’ve been looking forward to this one for some time. Com Truise‘s Wave 1 ep, consisting of 7 tracks, is out today via Ghostly International. It’s hard to comprehend how he’s been able to find the time to work on this; a quick look at his Soundcloud reveals a remix almost every week. Yet somehow Wave 1 doesn’t seem to have suffered for it in the least. Intricate, layered synth beats at once menacing and beautiful are what Truise is known for, and he doesn’t disappoint here.
